T-cell ELISPOT

ELISPOT enables identification of antigens (usually synthetic peptides) that activate T-cell lymphocytes. Activation of different T cell subtypes can be distinguished based on the different cytokines they secrete following activation. We have an ELISPOT scanner that can be used to scan the plates and automatically count the spots in each well.
